A single private label programme usually combines several of these. Most labels start with the patch; all five components are executed in-house.
PU, in the finish and grain you specify patches. We execute blind debossing, foil stamping (gold/silver), or laser-cut typography with hand-painted burnished edges.
Solid brass or zinc-alloy hardware tailored to your brand identity. Includes magnetic snap caps, dog-clips, zipper pulls, and engraved logo rivets in brushed gold, matte black, or antique brass finishes.
Reinforced tubular or flat PU handles anchored with double-saddle stitching. Available with raw edges, edge-lacquered sealant, or hand-whipped cotton cord wrapping.
Most programmes combine two or three of these. PU is the default patch material; leather handles and trim are available on request.

Leather patches require confirmation before sampling; PU remains the default patch material.
Every private label programme runs through the same six-stage line: material inspection, dyeing, weaving, shaping, QC and packing. QC is piece-by-piece, not batch sampling.

Our baseline production minimum is 100 pcs per style. For synthetic and textile cord constructions the MOQ is 100–300 pcs, depending on the cord type. Minimums can be negotiated by collection or by individual style.
PU is our default for patches; leather handles and trim are available on request, in the finish and grain you specify. For leather patches, please confirm with us before sampling.
Sample fees are quoted per style and credited toward the bulk invoice once the order meets the MOQ.

Yes. Private label handbags, totes, crossbody bags and clutches all run through the same development process: your label, patch, hardware and lining, produced in our Dongguan workshop at a 100 pcs per style minimum.
