Commercial Manufacturing Terms of Service.

1. Scope of B2B Commercial Engagement

These Terms of Service govern all custom manufacturing, prototype sampling, wholesale supply, and private label services provided by WEFTAVA Atelier ("the Workshop") to commercial clients ("the Buyer"). By submitting a purchase order, paying a sample invoice, or confirming a tech pack, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Prototypes, Sample Fees & Order Deduction

Custom physical prototypes are fabricated in 10 to 15 days following written tech pack sign-off. Sample fees cover pattern drafting and dye setup. When the Buyer confirms a bulk production order meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ of 100 pcs per style), The initial sample fee is credited toward the bulk invoice.

3. Production Tolerances for Handwoven Goods

Because our bags are constructed through manual crochet, plaiting, and braiding by skilled artisans, slight organic variations are inherent to authentic craft. Standard dimensional tolerance is ±10mm on linear dimensions. Slight batch-to-batch variations in unbleached natural raffia or fibre tones are natural characteristics of non-synthetic plant materials.

4. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

The Workshop guarantees that all client-supplied CAD drawings, tech packs, logos, and proprietary hardware designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer. We never display unreleased client designs on public platforms or reproduce them for third-party buyers.

5. Payment Terms & Dispatch

Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.
