What is your MOQ for wholesale orders?
Our baseline production minimum is 100 pcs per style. For synthetic and textile cord constructions the MOQ is 100–300 pcs, depending on the cord type. If you are comparing bulk bag suppliers, this is the number that decides whether a programme is viable. Minimums can be negotiated by collection or by individual style.
How fast can I get a quote?
We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (GMT+8). Send your quantity, material direction and timeline and we will come back with a recommendation and a quote.
What are the lead times?
Counter-sampling takes 10–15 days from receipt of technical specifications and material approval. Standard bulk production is 30–45 days from final sample sign-off; 45–60 days where custom dyeing or new hardware tooling is required.
Can I visit the workshop?

Which markets do you supply?
North America, Europe (EU and UK), Australia and New Zealand, and Asia and the Middle East.
Can you produce in synthetic or textile materials?
Yes. PU, polyester, PVC, neoprene, EVA, acrylic and cotton blends are in current production. Other engineered cords can be developed on brief. MOQ for synthetic and textile cord constructions is 100–300 pcs per style, depending on the cord type.
