Counter-sampling takes 10–15 days from receipt of technical specifications and material approval. Standard bulk production is 30–45 days from final sample sign-off; 45–60 days where custom dyeing or new hardware tooling is required.
Yes. Body dimensions, handle drop, lining and hardware are developed to your tech pack or reference sample.
Yes. Plant fibres are our main line, and engineered textile cords and synthetic materials are part of current production. Other materials are assessed for feasibility before sampling.
