Polyester Blend Woven Basket Bag
The blended cord gives a tighter, more uniform weave than natural straw. Sized for a phone, wallet and keys, with a silhouette that reads as a basket rather than a tote.
Size 20 × 11 × 13.50 cm · Weight 520 g.
A reinforced base panel keeps the shape when the bag is set down. Panels are inspected for weave gaps before assembly. Wipe with a damp cloth; the blend does not need conditioning.
Cord colour, handle type and lining are made to the brief.
MOQ 100 pcs per style · Counter-sample 10–15 days · Bulk production 30–45 days.
Workshop terms for this line
These are our standard terms, and they apply to the fibre lines and supply routes we have already confirmed — where a material, a construction or a structure has to be set up from scratch, they are re-checked against the brief. They come from our own workshop protocol in Dongguan — not from a catalogue.
- Minimum order quantity
- 100 pcs per style. Negotiable by series or by style, with mixed-style cartons available.
- Counter-sample
- 10–15 days for an original sample. Every sample ships with technical notes.
- Bulk production
- 30–45 days for a standard run. Allow 45–60 days where custom dyeing or new hardware tooling is involved.
- Fibre lines
- Raffia · natural straw · rattan · paper straw · cotton cord. Plant fibres are our main line; for other materials we assess feasibility before sampling.
- Custom finishing
- Screen printing, foil stamping, embroidery, patches, custom hardware, bespoke linings, dust bags, hangtags, barcoding and retail packaging.
- Shipping
- Air, sea or DDP door-to-door. Cartons are labelled to your warehouse specification.
Quality & documents
Before shipment, we carry out a random inspection. On request, we can provide the product specification, material description and inspection report for the line.
For samples, we share process photos and confirm the final sample with you before bulk production.
