Shipping Policy — B2B Export Dispatch & Delivery
Effective Date: October 2026
1. Destinations
We dispatch worldwide from Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. We do not ship to destinations subject to applicable sanctions, export controls or carrier restrictions. The Buyer is responsible for confirming that the ordered goods may be lawfully imported and for obtaining any required import permits.
2. Trade Terms
Orders are quoted on FOB or DDP terms as stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Under FOB, risk passes to the Buyer at the named port and the Buyer arranges the main carriage and insurance. Under DDP, we arrange delivery to the agreed destination address; duties and taxes are included only to the extent expressly stated in the quotation. Any other trade term must be agreed in writing.
3. Freight, Duties and Taxes
Freight is quoted per order based on volume, weight, destination and transport mode. Unless DDP is expressly quoted, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Where DDP is quoted, any charges not included are listed in the quotation.
4. Shipping Methods and Reference Transit Times
- Air freight: typically 5–10 days in transit.
- Sea freight: typically 25–40 days in transit.
- DDP door-to-door: transit time depends on destination and mode.
Transit times are estimates after production and dispatch. They exclude sampling (10–15 days), bulk production (30–45 days for a standard run; 45–60 days where custom dyeing or new hardware tooling is involved), customs clearance and events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Dispatch, Tracking and Documents
We provide tracking details after dispatch. Commercial invoice, packing list and other agreed shipping documents are issued with each shipment. Cartons are labelled to the Buyer's warehouse specification where agreed in writing.
6. Inspection, Damage and Loss
Shipments are subject to pre-shipment random inspection; inspection reports are available on request. The Buyer must inspect the goods on arrival and notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of any visible damage, shortage or loss, providing photographs or video, the order number and, where available, the inspection report. We will coordinate with the carrier and the relevant insurer. Insurance claims are subject to the applicable policy and carrier terms.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, port congestion, weather, industrial action or changes in applicable law. We will keep the Buyer informed and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the delay.
